"Sitting is the new smoking." Most people know that there are many positive effects of walking. But what do we actually get on our health account physically, mentally and mentally by putting one foot in front of the other? How do we get more steps into a sedentary daily life most easily? And how do we motivate ourselves, if we have never really liked sports?
Heidi Møller sheds light on good walking habits, and how we - together - can save large parts of health by inviting to imaginative walks, while we work, are at meetings, with friends, in nature and at parties. She also shares her personal story about how the fear of overweight and lifestyle diseases got her to walk, and what still drives her to do it.

Lecturer Heidi Møller Heidi Møller is a professional walker, facilitator and founder of 'Walk Me Happy'. Her ability to communicate with warmth and infectious energy has made her a sought-after lecturer throughout the country. Heidi loves chocolate and hates sports, and she was afraid of getting sick and overweight. Therefore, she started in 2015 to walk once a week, and to keep herself going she invited the whole town with her. Since then, Heidi has made network walks, conference walks, events, workshops and lectures her passion and way of life.
With a valid companion card, it is possible to get a free companion ticket to most concerts at Bygningen.
