VILMA CROW explores love and heartbreak through raw and heartfelt DIY indiepop/rock. With catchy guitar riffs and singable lyrics, from the heart's full voice, Vilma Crow conveys the many facets of love and self-image. With a fragility like Lizzie McAlpine and a strength like Fiona Apple, Vilma Crow takes the stage with a clear intention. Her songs are permeated by an honest and present vulnerability, making the sound universe both moving and relatable.
The music originates from experiences from real life, carefully processed in the space of thoughtful reflection, like pages in a diary. Here, there is room for the entire range of emotions, where deep pain, anger, love, and budding hope are allowed to exist side by side. In 2024, Vilma Crow performed at Uhørt Festival, where she and her band marked themselves as an impressive live act. This was underlined by a prominent placement on the front page of Weekendavisens culture section, where she was described as “Ganske Uhørt.” In January 2025, Soundvenue named Vilma Crow one of their 15 artists to watch – a remarkable recognition, as she had not yet released music at that time. At the same time, she played a sold-out debut concert at Urban13 and was announced for festivals such as SPOT and Roskilde. With a debut EP just around the corner, Vilma Crow cements herself as a new, budding indie hope on the Danish music scene.
