This band, comprised of three close friends, has won competitions organized by both Jelling Festival and Tinderbox, with both the jury and the audience overwhelmingly voting for the trio.
Anna, Emil, and Jeppe met in Odense eight years ago and quickly realized they were a perfect fit. The creative energy in their new friendship truly blossomed during a subsequent summer house trip, which ultimately defined their future. Their individual ambitions transformed from three wild horses running in different directions into a team working together. They moved from envy to respect for each other and channeled their respective strengths into the collective, writing 10 songs in a short period. With boundaries broken, they went on to write 100 songs in a single year.
Their debut album produced several radio hits, particularly the single "Hvad vil du ha' ". They also wrote the official song for the Danish women's national football team, "Vi gør det hele igen."
The band has performed live several times, and their appearance at the SPOT festival, as well as supporting acts like Love Shop and playing at summer festivals such as Smukfest, Wonderfestiwall, Jelling, and Midtfyn, have opened doors for them.
In 2026, the trio will embark on a new chapter with the release of new songs on several EPs, which will be compiled into an album.
Anna – Vocals, Guitar
Anna grew up in Esbjerg, influenced by her father's love of American hot rod cars and rockabilly music, particularly Lynyrd Skynyrd. A Police concert in Aarhus was a turning point in her life, and she bought a guitar that same day, pursuing her musical dreams. Anna has also played drums in a punk band and, as a teenager, sported green hair, piercings, and a mohawk, rebelling against her comfortable upbringing.
Her inspirations include: Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, Jack Antonoff, Taylor Swift, Lorde, Anne Linnet, Linda Perry, Portishead, Bruce Springsteen, The Cure, Fleetwood Mac.
Emil – Bass, Guitar, Keyboards
Like Anna, Emil grew up in the teenage years with Green Day, whose combination of energy and melody left a lasting impression.
"My father took me to a Kashmir concert when I was 11 years old, and it blew my mind." He grew up in a family of school teachers and was sent to piano lessons with the disciplined Lilian. He later picked up his father's newly purchased guitar, which revealed a new direction for Emil. At the age of 16, he won the title of best guitarist in a crowdsurfing style at a music competition called Emergenza. Later, he focused on the bass, which he truly fell in love with. Emil is inspired by:
Royal Blood, The Big Bang, D-A-D, Kashmir, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Simon & Garfunkel, Bonnie Light Horseman, Goldfish, Green Day, Diana Krall, Chet Baker, The Beatles.
Fräulein Jeppe - Drums
Jeppe, like Emil, grew up in Odense immersed in the world of music, and he was on the drums before he could walk. At the age of 10, his passion for drums truly ignited when he started taking lessons. His parents used their limited student grants to buy him a drum set, setting him on his course. After meeting Emil and Anna eight years ago, the beat has been established, especially during the pandemic, when he practiced drums for up to 5 hours a day because the band couldn't meet and play together.
His inspirations include: Fleetwood Mac, Radiohead, Stanley Donwood, Michael Strunge, Kate Bush, Future Islands, Patti Smith, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Prince.
