In the spring of 2027, Søren Sko invites the audience deep into the engine room, as he tours the country with his new solo tour "Close Up – Søren Sko".
It will be an intimate and musical evening filled with stories, humor, and questions from the audience — and of course, the songs that have made Søren Sko one of Denmark's most distinctive voices over several decades.
The audience can look forward to an honest and personal meeting with the artist behind classics such as "Stuck On You", "On a Long Lonely Night" and "Get Ready". Along the way, Søren Sko shares stories from a life on the road, in the studio, and on stage — told with the warmth, self-irony, and musicality that the audience knows him for.
No evenings will ever be the same. The audience will indeed have the opportunity to ask questions along the way, which creates a lively and spontaneous dialogue between the stage and the audience.
Music is naturally at the center. The songs will be performed in intimate and acoustic versions with the acclaimed musician Morten Buchholtz on keys, who creates the perfect atmosphere around the stories.
"I am looking forward to coming out in a completely different way than I usually do. To be allowed to tell the stories behind the songs and feel the audience completely close by. It will be a journey in music, and I hope people will join me on it," says Søren Sko.
"Close Up – Sønad Sko" will be an evening with big songs, strong stories, and lots of presence — completely close to one of Denmark's most beloved voices.
