'The Everyday Bit,' 'The Million Dollar Song,' the breakthrough 'Burnout,' and the latest radio hit 'While I Wait' have made Calby one of the most prominent voices on our local charts. The Copenhagen artist's critically acclaimed, modern take on classic soul and R'n'B is both present, powerful, and cinematic in scale. And the upcoming Calby tour includes it all.

Trilogi Tour is three tours in one - solo, as a trio, and with a full band - and serves as the culmination of several years of journeying, inspired by life on the open road and driven by the desire to challenge himself and his audience. And in the first part of the tour series, Calby cuts right to the bone. Right there, where the song is born and allowed to live.

“There’s something fragile and vulnerable about the musician alone on stage with his guitar. A kind of exposure and dance with the audience, where one can easily fall, but also reach out and connect,” Calby begins and continues: “It’s here that you enter the DNA of a song, its origin and the feelings behind it. As a songwriter, it’s boundary-breaking to let people in completely, but also connected to a certain magic - the feeling of truly sharing something with each other. And that’s what I’m looking forward to, when I go around, just me and my songs.”

At the same time, the concert venues are not the well-known venues in the country’s largest cities, but an invitation to travel around Denmark with Calby and feel the music in both church halls and small intimate locations.

Calby is the Copenhagen musician Mik Thybo. He made his debut to stellar reviews from Danish critics and showed international potential with the album 'Burnout' in 2021, followed by even more acclaim with the 2023 album 'Inner Critic’s Choice Awards.' Calby has written no fewer than six Top 10 radio hits on his CV, while he has also received the Carl Prize, been nominated for two Danish Music Awards (including New Live Act of the Year), and with Platinum and Gold hits, his back catalog has been streamed over 30 million times on Spotify.
