Bus Trip to Bogforum

Grab your reading list and hop on this early morning bus ride to Copenhagen’s Bogforum book fair, which works well for kids, teens, and adults. Tickets run 465 DKK and include both the bus fare and entry, so book ahead before spots fill up. It’s an indoor event, but since they don’t serve drinks on the bus, just pack your own travel mug and a light jacket for the 7:15 AM pickup.
Bogforum has it all, and for anyone who loves books, visiting this annual book fair is a must. With the library's bus trip, you'll be driven right to the door and have plenty of opportunity to explore the publishers' booths, meet your favorite authors, get your books signed, and be inspired by a wealth of readings and interviews – you won't be bored!
This time, the bus trip is a collaboration with Kunst- og Kulturhøjskolen, and we plan to send two buses to Bella Center. We depart from the parking lot at the new Engen Kulturhus & Bibliotek at 7:15 AM. On the way, we'll warm up with a goodie bag containing a morning pastry and a literature quiz with book prizes.
At Bogforum, you're free to explore until 5:00 PM, when we'll head back. The bus will be back in Vejle around 8:00 PM.
Ticket sales open on Monday, June 1, and close on Monday, October 26. Tickets for the bus trip cost 465 kr. The ticket price includes bus transport and an admission ticket to Bogforum.
Please note: Unfortunately, we won't be able to serve coffee or tea on the trip, so please bring your own thermos or travel mug if you need your morning coffee.
