Anders Wortmann's first comedy show, FAR, exceeded all expectations. Initially, there were only 4 shows with barely 1,200 tickets on sale, but Anders and FAR, with their funny stories and songs, hit the heart of the audience – and not least their laughter muscles. The tour grew, and it became over 50 performances with a total of 16,879 happy, laughing, and crying guests.
"We didn't expect to be received so well. It has been completely overwhelming – a thousand thanks to everyone who gave us a chance, and many, many thanks for all the kind messages and positive feedback. It has warmed us incredibly much," says Anders & Far.
It has given us the desire for more, and therefore Anders is back with FAR til 2, where the family universe expands – biologically – and new everyday experiences get a humorous spotlight.
Anders' own father has promised to come back again. He says himself: "Next time it has to be mom's turn!" and adds: "If you want to dance in a tight-fitting spandex drag suit again, you can jump in yourself." In exchange, the father has promised (after a little pressure) to learn to play guitar, so the collaboration between father and son can reach new heights (maybe).
In FAR til 2, Anders invites you completely into his life on the gravel road, where you also meet the fisherman Jørgen and the cleaning help Birthe – for extra help, besides "the old ones," it's necessary when you suddenly become a father to two. With this comes all the new parent challenges, while the oldest daughter has started gymnastics and already has sweethearts in kindergarten!
It won't be less chaotic when Anders tries to take "the difficult talk", goes wrong in the city at the Citizen Service, and maybe has to give up the big wedding plans!
Look forward to a lovely evening with singing, guitar, and plenty of stand-up, when Anders opens the doors to his family universe once again, and shows how it is to balance chaos, love, and "kasket" when you become a father to two.
