Anders Wortmann's first comedy show, FAR, exceeded all expectations. Initially, only four shows were planned with nearly 1,200 tickets for sale, but Anders and FAR touched the hearts—and especially the funny bones—of the audience with their hilarious stories and songs. The tour grew bigger, and it ended up with over 50 performances and a total of 16,879 happy, laughing, and even crying guests.

“We didn’t expect to be received so well. It has been absolutely overwhelming—thank you a thousand times to everyone who gave us a chance, and many, many thanks for all the greetings and sweet feedback. It has warmed our hearts a lot,” say Anders & Far.

This has inspired them to do more, and that’s why Anders is now back with FAR til 2, where the family universe expands—biologically—and new everyday experiences get a humorous spotlight.

Anders' own father has promised to come along again. He says himself: “Next time, it has to be Mother’s turn!” and adds: “If we have to dance in a tight-fitting, bright yellow spandex suit again, you’ll have to jump into it yourself.” In return, the father has promised (after some gentle pressure) to learn how to play the guitar, so the father-son interaction can reach new heights (maybe).

In FAR til 2, Anders invites you into his life on the gravel road, where you also meet the fisherman Jørgen and the cleaning helper Birthe—extra help, in addition to “the old ones,” is necessary when you suddenly become a father of two. This comes with all the new parenting challenges, while the eldest daughter has started gymnastics and already has boyfriends in the kindergarten!

It becomes no less awkward when Anders tries to have “the difficult talk,” goes wrong in the city at the Citizen Service, and perhaps has to give up the big wedding plans!
